Perfect location and staff

great staff , but outdated decor

The location near Republic Square offered excellent access for my meetings. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the stunning city view from my room.

The decor felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshment.

No hot water and poor reception service.

Recommend it for families with kids

The food was great and the pool & gym were awesome. But it was really the people who made it special. The restaurant manager Mamikon took time to explain everything about the area and what to do which was super helpful for our family

The Holiday Inn Yerevan, Republic Square, An Ihg offers a superb location, just steps from the main square. The modern rooms are well-equipped and immaculately clean. The staff is highly accommodating, providing excellent assistance with my business needs, including efficient use of the business center. The fitness center was well-maintained and a great place to unwind after a long day.

Housekeeping interrupts work frequently.

The location is ideal, just steps from the main square. The pool was fantastic, and the gym had great equipment. I loved the spacious room, and the cozy courtyard was perfect for relaxing. The staff were accommodating when I requested to extend my checkout time. They even provided a complimentary razor when my husband forgot his.

i had an absolutely fantastic stay at holiday inn yerevan, republic square! it's right at the heart of everything, and my standard queen room with a french balcony was super clean and cozy. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the fitness center was unparalleled in the area. i loved relaxing in the sauna after a long day!

The gym was decent, but the staff there could be more courteous, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed walking to the Opera house and checking out the stunning singing fountains at Republic Square. The location is central, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Just a tip, book breakfast in advance, as it can be pricey, but there are great places nearby!

Unfortunately, the cleaning crew skipped proper room and bathroom cleaning during my stay, only changing the towels and making the bed. The pool had a significant chlorine smell that made it uninviting, notably more potent than any other I've encountered, so I opted to skip swimming. Additionally, the safe was no real safe. it could be easily accessed with a generic master code, raising some privacy concerns.

A Mixed Experience with Room Cleanliness

I stayed 8 nights in a Premium King room. Although the bed was made daily, I was disappointed by the lack of proper cleaning. The pool's chlorine smell deterred me from swimming. Be prepared for basic service and consider dining options outside for better experiences.

I stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the spacious room and the variety of breakfast options. The pool was fantastic, and I appreciated the sauna and Jacuzzi. I would definitely return!
